A valuable part of the education of a geographer or environmental scientist is to complete an internship in the field. It's also one of the most common ways of moving into the workforce after completing the degree. There are two courses we offer that involve an internship -- Geog 688 and Geog 789. The following documents relate most closely to Geog 688, which can have variable units depending on time commitment, but the same forms and requirements also apply to Geog 789 GIScience Internship, though 789 is set at 3 units.
